I went into this with an open mind, and I was rewarded by one of the best movie experiences I've ever had. I loved Star Trek since I was a child, and was more than a little concerned about this "new beginning" with different characters and a plot that does not correspond exactly to the cannon, built for the past 40 years . But I thought because I like Fringe and lost, and now I know it's true – everything JJ Abrams touches turns gold. The actor and writer has an incredible work of a tribute to the characters we know and love, and yet the new things we have not seen before are completely credible. Yes, it was history in a new direction – but based on everything that makes Star Trek pleasant. References to other series made me smile – "Admiral" dog Archer finally done, for example – these guys have done their homework. I was surprised by a number of things, but certainly not disappointed. I think Gene and Majel would be impressed, and all actors of origin must be paid with a sense of respect for his honor. In some cases, new actors (dare I say it?) Played the characters better than we have seen before. McCoy has been his love crusty, Kirk met with almost any woman, but has shown great concern for the mission, his crew and his ship was eminently logical nor in contradiction with Spock, Scotty was the miracle worker. Sulu and Uhura were much more interesting than their original counterparts. Yet nothing has been exaggerated. . . Well, perhaps the emphasis Chekov (lol). The action sequences were amazing, the sound was so intense it felt as if I was there – and the picture, wow. . . auf jeden Fall sehen dies in IMAX. The company has never been as good, and when all was said and done, I was with something I have not felt for a long time, if I ever available – I am proud to be a fan of Star Trek. Mad accessories for everyone involved in this film. I was speechless, and I can say is now "more!"

Well. . . I think this short and concise.
This film is great, where everything is great: script, dialogue, casting, directing, effects, cinematography, music, action sequences, jokes, entertainment, management, etc., etc., etc.. . I can not easily find errors in this film, it must be mentioned.
More than a summer blockbuster, "Star Trek" is a quality film, made with care and love.
Some die diehard fans have reacted quickly to any deviation from the original source. But, hey. . . This is not the initial cause. It is to reinvent who manages to keep all the basics that work by themselves while the freedom to breathe new ideas that work well. So I think this film has great respect for those who are here adapted to the audience: fans old and new.
Basically, the film tells the story, like all members of the Enterprise crew (Kirk, Spock, Uhura, McCoy, Scotty, Sulu and Chekov) meets at the basis of two main narrative processes (such as Personal confrontations between Kirk and Spock as their friendship) and site (they must prevent the Romulans great that came out of the future destruction of the earth). Apparently, the real story of many twists that I will not spoil it. . .
I think it's a beautiful film that deserves to be seen. A final note: All actors are good. In fact, this is one project where everyone seems to love what they do.

A final note: This film should be seen in Blu-ray. . . because the visuals are a wow!
